Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities in Vancouver seeks a Client Experience & Wealth Associate to deliver concierge level service for a high performing Advisory Team.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coordinating wealth-management meetings, proactive client support, and maintaining client communications and accounts. This is a full-time position with dynamic opportunity within RBC's wealth platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities industry.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills demonstrated.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.

• Enhance the client experience from onboarding to year-round contact so that it is consistently smooth and on-track with the team’s client service plan.
• Coordinate and prepare Wealth Management and review meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
• Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details; liaise with departments for execution.
• Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, account reporting).
• Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other partners.
• Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients; manage timelines and key dates.
• Help update team’s communication channels: websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.
• Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities.
• Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding.

What will you do?

• Enhance the client experience from onboarding to year-round contact so that it is consistently smooth and on-track with the team’s client service plan.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities industry

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures, an asset
• Highly-developed client service skills

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable incentive payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals; market conditions; and business needs.

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 - $50,000.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
