Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or technology studies, or equivalent.
• Over five years of experience in IT and related fields.
• Two years of experience in project management or supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, support, and evaluation of municipal information systems (financial, customer relations, HR, asset).
• Manage project work plans and supervise staff.
• Ensure PCI compliance, PIPEDA, and privacy audits.
• Provide progress reports and keep current on changes in technology.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
