Qualifications

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich erforderlich.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Daily Management Rhythm (DMR) compliance by reviewing processes, training plant leadership on DMR elements, and lean tools.
  2. Deploy all network lean initiatives and track their effectiveness through KPIs.
  3. Create and drive strategic business solutions to improve SQDCP metrics.
  4. Guide operations leaders through corrective actions to improve performance.
  5. Apply problem-solving tools to analyze and improve SQDCP performance metrics.
  6. Lead Kaizen activities within the plant.
  7. Ensure quality basics through CTQ compliance, defect analysis, and resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage and maintain supplier quality relations, review/escalate RCA and corrective actions, and support new product introductions at the site.
  9. Develop and update Standard Work procedures and train supervisors and leads.
  10. Manage quality technicians through coaching on teardown processes, CTQs, CI processes, and pilots.
  11. Conduct plant audits to standardize processes, eliminate waste, and promote continuous improvement.
Functional/Technical Competencies
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of quality tools like control plans, SPC, Error Proofing, etc.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects successfully.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with quality methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, 8-D, 5 Why’s, etc.
Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field/experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with expertise in lean methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Six Sigma Black or Green Belt.
Work Environment & Travel

This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment with 10-25% travel required.
