Qualifications

• 5+ years within asset management or similar domains.
• Experience leading process improvement, technology implementation, automation, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements for both business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Help build and operationalize the Constraints Governance Framework, including processes, controls, standards, and governance practices.
• Act as SME on the investment constraint lifecycle governance processes, workflows, and controls.
• Partner with Portfolio Compliance, Front Office, Product, Legal and Operations to translate requirements into processes and operational requirements.
• Establish governance workflows for intake, interpretation, approval, coding, testing, implementation and ongoing review of constraints.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead simplification and automation initiatives.
• Design and support workflow and automation solutions to improve efficiency and controls.
• Gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement system/process enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, implementation and change management for new processes and governance controls.
• Design reporting solutions with Power BI to provide visibility into KPIs and operational metrics.
• Develop governance documentation and SOPs for consistency and scalability.
• Support strategic initiatives across Portfolio Compliance and Operations Risk.
