Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions to drive scalable data capabilities across the organization. You will translate data strategy into practical roadmaps and lead data initiatives with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Vancouver office.

The role requires 6+ years in investment/asset management, with 3+ years delivering enterprise data solutions, strong cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and data governance expertise. Three days in office per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in Investment/Asset Management or Financial Services.
• 3+ years delivering enterprise data solutions and analytics platforms.
• Experience leading technical teams with delivery accountability.
• Strong data architecture, modelling and cloud platforms.
• Practical AI, ML and intelligent automation understanding.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality and controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience in data domains like portfolio, security or reference data would help.

Responsabilidades

• Translate data strategy into a practical roadmap, priorities and deliverables.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable data solutions and data models.
• Own significant data initiatives across engineers, analysts and tech teams.
• Integrate AI/ML and automation into data solutions where valuable.
• Support enterprise data platforms, lakes, analytics and cloud services.
• Establish data quality, ownership, lineage and governance standards.
• Collaborate with investment, operations and technology teams.
• Coach and develop data professionals and foster strong engineering practices.
• Build leadership depth and resilience for critical responsibilities.
• Identify simplification opportunities to improve reliability and reuse.
