Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance operations, privacy, AI, governance or related fields.
• 5+ years leading teams in software, SaaS or regulated industries.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of compliance operations professionals.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into operational workflows.
• Design technology-enabled processes for privacy, AI governance and risk programs.
• Define KPIs and support audits and regulatory initiatives.
