Job summary

The City of Leduc is seeking a Manager, Community Development to provide strategic and operational leadership for the community development portfolio, including capacity building, theatre, events, arts and heritage. Reporting to the Director, you will drive long-term planning, governance, service delivery, and financial stewardship to support a growing city.

You will lead a team, work with Council and partners, and ensure services remain responsive and sustainable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field. Equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading, directing and supervising a portfolio, with budgets, multi-disciplinary projects and team development.
• Experience engaging with Council, partners, residents and internal teams.
