Job summary

Rogers Bank is seeking a strategic, analytical leader with deep experience in collections and credit risk to drive portfolio performance. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, or financial services with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of collections strategies and regulatory requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to use analytics and data-driven insights to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Experience leading transformation, automation, or digital initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with third‑party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to use analytics and data‑driven insights to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
  • Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or digital initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or managing third‑party collections agencies is considered an asset.
