A leading insurance company is seeking a Manager of Claims Performance Management. In this role, you will analyze data to drive operational improvements and establish strong relationships with various teams. We are looking for our next Manager of Claims Business Partnering, supporting the Auto Claims operations. This role works within a highly professional and strategically focused business partnering team reporting to the Senior Manager.

Supports and improves management reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting.
Analyzes results and identifies emerging trends to help the Auto Claims team to understand business results and to support decision making process.
Report/prepare on financial performance for senior leadership reviews.
Data mining/ stitching to help deep dive and tell the financial story.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
Establishes and cultivates strong working relationships with peers, within Claims Business Partnering, Analytics & Data teams, Finance, Actuarial and other Claims Functions, ensures ongoing partnership and collaboration to understand market trends and industry insights.
Drives appropriate organizational change practices required to ensure ongoing functional success.
Identify and drive operational improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools is very useful (Qlik, SAS, Business Objects).
5+ years post-qualification financial analysis and analytical experience.
Detail oriented with a dedication to accuracy and timely delivery, comfortable working with large datasets to identify insights and trends.
This position demands a high level of independence, visibility, and communication. Therefore, effective communication and presentation skills are needed.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve sophisticated situations and issues.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a structured and controlled framework.
Proven understanding and strategic perspective on the insurance industry.
Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.
A degree or equivalent experience in Business (Finance, Economics, Accounting & Finance) or equivalent.
CPA preferred.
