Data Analytics Manager

Partner with business stakeholders to determine data & analytics needs and priorities to help achieve responsible business teams’ financial and business goals.

Provide counsel to business stakeholders and co-design effective KPIs to track and improve business results.

Offer thought leadership on potential data insights to guide strategic and transactional decisions.

Synthesize data and insights to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance financial results and business processes.

Collaborate with technology engineers to design and improve data integration processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy and query efficiency.

Guide and coach analysts to translate business questions into data manipulation and logic, performing strategic work as needed.

Assist analysts in exploring technical options within data systems to obtain required data, performing technical tasks when necessary.

Develop analysts to draw insights from data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Manage a team of analysts, providing leadership and oversight.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Experience

• 10+ years in data analytics.

• 2+ years working with customer behavior or CRM data in SQL.
