Manager, Business (Data) Process Analytics

Join us at Apex Systems as a Manager, Business (Data) Process Analytics. We are seeking an experienced professional to work with SAS Enterprise Guide (EG), SQL, Excel, and a Business Data Analyst mindset, to support our client, a Big Five Bank.

Job Details

• Client: Big Five Bank
• Line of Business: Personal and Business Banking (Investment Process)
• Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extension
• Location: 2 days/week in Downtown Toronto
• Hours: 37.5/week

Role Responsibilities

The Manager will develop and own business process metrics and reporting, analyze large datasets, design and automate reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and reporting standards. Key focus areas include performance measurement, dashboard creation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in relevant fields
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, SAS EG; experience with data visualization tools preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
