As a key leader within the Information Technology Services team, the Manager, Business Applications, plays a critical role in managing, supporting, and improving the university’s supported applications. Reporting to the Director, Project Management and Business Applications, this role oversees a team of Business Analysts and Application Analysts responsible for the lifecycle management of core business applications, including implementation, enhancement, and optimization. The manager provides strategic direction to align application management with institutional goals, policies, and best practices, and leads project execution to deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and business support.
