Overview

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Manager, Brand Strategy & Creative Delivery to join our client's dynamic team. This is a 1-year contract role with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The position is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days a week on-site in downtown Toronto.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major rebranding initiative, from initial strategy to final campaign execution. You will be at the forefront of brand development, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving brand affinity and market success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, providing coaching and feedback to ensure creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to bring brand initiatives to life.
  • Oversee project and budget management, including reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Synthesize market research and consumer insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the brand\'s principles and positioning are consistently applied across all channels and enterprise-wide initiatives.
