We are seeking a strong B2B marketer to join our team and manage social media campaigns for our expanding B2B media practice.

About you : You excel at campaign execution with creativity and enjoy supporting your team and sales colleagues. You are always seeking innovative ways to enhance our social media efforts.

We seek a self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and creative thinker. Someone proficient in taking a campaign from conception through planning, execution, and measurement to create memorable and impactful B2B marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this is a highly collaborative and visible role. The position primarily targets the US market, with collaboration with the Canadian team. This role reports to the Director of Platforms and Performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Create, manage, execute, and measure social campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop a comprehensive campaign measurement strategy to track success and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create campaigns and events that promote services and products.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop collateral supporting campaigns.
  • Manage a portion of the overall media budget.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Perform additional functions related to media activation.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • At least 5 years of experience in social/digital campaign planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • Creative thinking applied to B2B marketing campaigns and events.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, Meta, and marketing automation tools is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $85k-$95k, based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more.
