Primary Purpose: Provide strategic planning and continuous improvement for infrastructure records management, condition assessment, and pre-project capital planning within the Asset Management Program. Ensure the State of Good Repair for all assets through lifecycle management and support the development of the CMBC Asset Management Strategy.
Key Accountabilities include:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, PE designation, Asset Management Certification, with 8+ years in asset management, project management, or asset renewal roles. Similar combinations considered.
Other Skills: Expertise in lifecycle asset management, strategic planning, financial acumen, communication, leadership, and data management systems. PMP certification is an asset.
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Hybrid work environment. Salary: $107,200 - $160,800/year, with benefits including health, dental, transit, pension, and development programs.
