Title: ITAM Business Analyst
Duration: 6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location :Remote
Brief Summary of Role:
The IT Asset Management Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The IT Business Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$120,000]to [$150,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
