Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to play a critical role in enabling and scaling our sales organization by owning our core sales systems, data, and operational processes. This role involves data analytics, sales forecasting, and collaboration and day-to-day support with cross-functional teams to deliver effective advertising solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to create reports and dashboards, solve day-to-day operational challenges, and drive strategic decisions that improve how the sales organization operates. This role will help shape core sales operations across pipeline management, forecasting, platform health, commissions, and reporting—ensuring the business has the insights, processes, and tools needed to scale effectively.
