Job summary

Walmart Canada in Mississauga is seeking an Analyst, Insights & Reporting to generate data-driven insights that grow seller adoption and performance for WFS and to position items for success during campaigns.

You will collaborate across Account Management, Campaigns & Events, and Product teams, monitor performance, and use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting. Strong dashboard experience is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, analytics, business operations, insights, or account/program support.
  • University degree, MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support research, analysis, automation, and productivity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; manage multiple insight requests in a fast-moving calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests, turning data into narratives and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for WFS sellers.
  • Prepare business reviews and presentations summarizing performance and insights.
  • Partner with multiple teams to ensure WFS priorities are reflected in calendars and roadmaps.
  • Leverage AI tools to support research, automation, and day-to-day productivity.

Job description

Position Summary

The Analyst, Insights & Reporting will support the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Account Management team by generating data-driven insights and identifying opportunities the team can act on to grow seller adoption, performance, and program participation. This role will also partner closely with Campaigns & Events teams to ensure WFS-enrolled items are properly featured, in-stock, and positioned for success across all major campaigns and seasonal events throughout the year. The ideal candidate is analytically curious, comfortable working across dashboards and datasets, and confident using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do
  • Generate actionable insights and opportunity recommendations for the WFS Account Management team, surfacing seller-level trends, program gaps, and growth levers they can act on directly.
  • Partner with Account Management to translate insights into prioritized outreach lists, program enrollment targets, and seller engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns & Events teams to plan ahead of the annual events calendar, ensuring WFS-enrolled items are adequately featured, represented, and inventory-ready for every major campaign and seasonal moment throughout the year.
  • Monitor business performance and key metrics across WFS programs, proactively flagging trends, anomalies, and risks to relevant stakeholders before they become issues.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from Account Management and cross-functional partners, turning raw data into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities for WFS sellers and surface them to Account Management.
  • Assist in preparing business reviews and presentations that summarize performance, insights, and recommended next steps for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner across Account Management, Campaigns & Events, Strategic Account Management, and Product teams to make sure WFS priorities are represented in planning calendars and event roadmaps.
  • Leverage AI tools to support research, analysis, automation, and day-to-day productivity.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, analytics, business operations, insights, or account/program support, preferably within retail, CPG, 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
  • University degree, MBA Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience building or maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support research, analysis, automation, and productivity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with Account Management, Campaigns & Events, and other partner teams.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
