Join our growing team! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager!

As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a diverse team. As a passionate leader, you understand the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness. You support the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant, leveraging your knowledge of the quick service industry.

In this position, you will:

  1. Manage shifts by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
  2. Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests, and adhere to operating guidelines for equipment
  3. Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to meet Tim Hortons' high standards of operation
  4. Promote a respectful team environment through open communication and understanding
  5. Manage inventory and ordering processes
