Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a capable Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at our pharmacy. You will plan, organize and control HR activities, ensure the commercial image aligns with standards, and hire staff for smooth daily operations.

You will supervise the team, oversee training and performance evaluations, and participate in budgeting to support a competitive, patient-focused pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management is required.
• Strong budgeting and planning abilities.
• People management and leadership skills essential.
