Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a pharmacy operations manager in Drummondville, Canada. You will plan, organize and control all operational and HR activities to meet standards and ensure a strong commercial image.

Responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, coordinating training, and budgeting for the pharmacy, while fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment.
