Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior management professional in Canada to support the supervisor, organize operations, and drive strategic initiatives. The role focuses on implementing action plans aligned with corporate strategy and fostering performance across administrative units.

Responsibilities include developing governance practices, talent attraction and retention, and promoting the cooperative values of Desjardins while ensuring client satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec (Poste hors QC ET QC).
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
  • Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

  • Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values.
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.
