Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Dartmouth, NS. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Manager will also handle inventory control, merchandising, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Additional responsibilities include training new employees, conducting staff meetings, and implementing company policies and procedures.

• Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and managing a team, including training and development
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Sales and Marketing: Ability to achieve sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies
• Inventory Control: Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
• Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail management role is preferred
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
