Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phase management trainee program covering operations, sales, and leadership.
• Build product knowledge and manage a sales territory with world‑class customer service.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors and read blueprints for quotes.
• Graduated leadership role with opportunity to manage a Canadian Profit Center.
