Job summary

EMCO Corporation is hiring for a Management Development Program Trainee in Canada. This full-time role offers a structured, four-phase training plan to advance from warehouse operations to leadership and strategic management across Canada.

Base salary shown is $52,500 with profit sharing; relocation assistance is provided. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities across the country.

Qualifications

University degree or college diploma – all disciplines of study will be considered.
Positive attitude and results oriented mindset.
Desire to continuously learn and grow.
Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.

Responsibilities

Progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of how the business operates, from shipping and receiving to leadership and strategy.
Grow a sales territory and provide world class customer service while developing relationships with customers and vendors.
Learn to find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and expand the customer base.
Lead a team and run the business, developing leadership competencies and mentoring teammates.
