Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Penticton, BC. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and prepare to run your own branch through mentoring and hands-on experience.

You’ll gain exposure to sales, customer service, finance, and operations while advancing in a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent, preference for business-related fields.
• Must have 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, develop business, and grow the team through the trainee program.
