Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program based at 105-1250 Knight Rd, Comox, BC. Trainees will learn the business from day one while rotating through sales, customer service, and operations.

The program focuses on internal promotion, with mentoring and a clear path to branch leadership. Eligibility includes a Canadian diploma or degree and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent as recognized by WES/IRCC; preference for business-related fields.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership activities, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and partners as a front-line ambassador of Enterprise Mobility.
• Participate in the Management Training Program to learn operations and branch management.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, finance, and daily branch operations.
