EMCO Corporation is a leading Canadian construction wholesale distributor with 115 years of experience. We invite new graduates to join our Management Development Program as full-time trainees, with a base salary of CAD 52,500 and profit sharing.

You will rotate through four training phases across Canada, receive mentorship, relocate where needed, and grow into leadership roles within a team-focused culture that values fairness, respect, and accountability.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma – all disciplines of study will be considered.
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interest in sales.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management to employee development and more.
• Grow a sales territory and provide world class customer service while building relationships with customers and vendors.
• Receive guidance and mentoring from current managers and teammates within a region and across Canada to build a successful management career.
