Translate business, process, role, and system changes into learning requirements and ensure technical training materials provided by the vendor are integrated with the Client's future-state business processes, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working. Develop or coordinate supporting learning materials, performance support resources, and adoption activities to enable successful transition and sustained adoption
  • Measurement, reporting & continuous improvement: Develop and implement a change measurement framework aligned to project objectives and desired behavioural outcomes.
