We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will help you master the skills to run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships.

We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting our customers first. Our culture of friendly competition drives growth and success for both our business and your career.

Minimum requirements include:

  • A 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by WES and/or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales & customer service (retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (military, athletics, clubs).
  • A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
  • Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future. Note: This position typically does not qualify for permanent residency under NOC.
  • At least 18 years old.
