Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Courtenay, BC. You will start learning from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while building operational expertise.

You will receive mentoring, develop sales, marketing, finance, and service skills, and work toward running your own branch within our culture of growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by WES/IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with limited moving violations in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operations expertise.
• Participate in a structured program to eventually run your own branch and build a team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
