Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert behind the scenes. In a structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also get out into the community, building relationships essential to business. You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and how to put customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 2‑year diploma or 4‑year bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA or related field) from an accredited Canadian university or recognized international equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales or customer service (commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations).
• Valid Canadian Class V driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada and no requirement for work‑authorization sponsorship by the company.
