Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Grande Prairie is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll start at a neighborhood branch while serving customers and partners.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, and operations, with a clear path to leading your own Enterprise location.

Requirements include a 2-year diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 6 months in a relevant role, a valid Class 5 license, and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Must have 6 months experience in sales or customer service.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with minimal violations.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; no work permit sponsorship.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence application. Enterprise will not complete any employer declaration forms, nomination forms, Labour Market Impact Assessments (“LMIA”), LMIA-Exempt Offers of Employment, or any other supporting documentation associated with securing temporary or permanent residence and/or authorization to work in Canada.
• Must be at least 18 years old
