Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Edmonton, AB. The role trains you to become a branch leader with hands‑on learning in customer service, sales, and operations.

You will develop skills across marketing, finance, and People leadership, with culture of internal promotion. Starting at entry level, you’ll progress through structured coaching and community engagement to potentially run your own Enterprise branch in the future.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent.
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; handle behind‑the‑scenes operations.
• Receive mentoring and guidance to develop in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence application. Enterprise will not complete any employer declaration forms, nomination forms, Labour Market Impact Assessments (“LMIA”), LMIA-Exempt Offers of Employment, or any other supporting documentation associated with securing temporary or permanent residence and/or authorization to work in Canada.
