Enterprise Mobility in Okotoks is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You will learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, service, and operations at a local branch.

The program combines mentoring, training, and opportunities to advance to branch management. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree, have some sales or leadership exposure, and hold a valid Canadian driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year) from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent.
• 6 months cumulative experience in Sales & Customer Service or leadership activities.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with limited violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Join Enterprise Mobility's Management Training Program and learn by doing at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on coaching to eventually run your own branch and grow the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence application. Enterprise will not complete any employer declaration forms, nomination forms, Labour Market Impact Assessments (“LMIA”), LMIA-Exempt Offers of Employment, or any other supporting documentation associated with securing temporary or permanent residence and/or authorization to work in Canada.
