We are seeking a proactive and skilled Management & Systems Accountant to play a pivotal role in this evolution.

The position is paying up to £50,000, hybrid working, annual bonus, etc…..

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director and collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in:

• Preparing management accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for accounting queries.
• Producing ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
• Supporting the finance team and partnering with various departments.
• Managing cash flow, VAT returns, and payroll processes.
• Assisting with year-end audits and stock costing.
• Maintaining and enhancing reporting tools using SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Leading the design and implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Transitioning reporting to Power BI, moving away from legacy systems.
• Championing process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
