The State of Delaware's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide senior-level analytical and compliance oversight of program data, contracts, and vendor performance. You will lead quality assurance initiatives and develop data quality standards across DVR systems.
You will analyze data, identify trends, and support federal and state requirements while guiding continuous improvement.
As a Management Analyst III, you will provide senior-level analytical and compliance oversight for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). This role ensures the integrity of program data, monitors contractual obligations, evaluates vendor performance, and supports statewide quality assurance initiatives. You will assist with ensuring DVR meets federal and state requirements, achieves performance goals, and maintains high‑quality service delivery standards. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes. This includes conducting advanced data analysis to identify trends, measure outcomes, and evaluate program effectiveness. In this role, you will develop, refine, and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across DVR databases.
