Qualifications

• 2–3 years of security experience, preferably in retail or customer-service settings.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and a valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence.
• Must be 25+ years old for insurance eligibility.
• First Aid/CPR certification and strong report writing ability.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence across the property.
• Conduct patrols and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and access-control needs.
• Prepare comprehensive incident and daily activity reports.
• Provide courteous assistance to visitors, tenants, and staff.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and follow site procedures.
