Job summary

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario is seeking a Fund Development Manager in Toronto to lead major gifts, donor appeals, and stewardship programs. You will manage relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations, while coordinating campaigns and grant activities.

The role reports to the Chief Development Officer and requires a G license, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package including HOOPP pension, life, health, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising and/or fund development experience.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is an asset.
• Proven ability to develop, secure, and steward complex funding relationships.
• G license required.

• Manage a portfolio of relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations across the full lifecycle from identification to stewardship.
