Job summary

The University of Alberta is seeking a Maintenance Worker II for a 13-month term. The role involves operation and maintenance of the Utility Services Corridor and campus water, storm, and sanitary systems. Job description

This position has a term length of 13 months from the date of hire.

Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, South Campus, and Campus Saint-Jean, Edmonton. Work also takes place at the University of Alberta Botanic Garden and Augustana Campus, Camrose.

The Maintenance Worker II is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Utility Services Corridor as well as the maintenance of the campus water distribution system, storm and sanitary collection system and off campus utility systems. The Maintenance Worker II participates in a rotating emergency standby schedule. The work takes place on the University's North Campus as well as Off-Campus sites including the University's South Campus, UA Botanic Garden, Augustana Campus, Campus St. Jean and other smaller research sites.
