Advantage Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Residential Worker in Saint John, New Brunswick. The role runs 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include crack filling, drywall repair, and general maintenance in outdoor environments.

• Experience with crack filling and general maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors.
• Willingness to work overtime and in varying weather.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred.

Job Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with crack filling and general property or roadway maintenance, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Previous crack filling experience preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and overtime when required
