Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven to innovate, do social good, and advance construction.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will:

• Plan and execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities, equipment, tooling, and systems.
• Request materials and subcontractor PO’s, oversee third-party technicians working for the Maintenance department.
• Perform repairs on small tools, automation, vehicles, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Leads and Foremen to meet project deadlines.
• Create scopes of work, take-offs, and order materials/subcontractors.
• Track inventory and update work orders in CMMS.
• Conduct audits and inspections to determine repair needs and establish preventive maintenance practices.
• Assist with Job Hazards Assessments and incident reports.
• Participate in toolbox meetings to communicate work expectations and goals.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met, adhering to Alberta’s health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Mechanically inclined; Millwright skills are an asset.
• Practical knowledge of mechanics, small engine repair, gained through 4-6 years of trade experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Leadership qualities to instruct and motivate team members.

This position is safety-sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing.
