Maintenance Technician V – HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanic

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician V - HVAC (Refrigeration Mechanic) to join Bouygues Energies and Services. Our company specializes in Facility Management across Canada and globally, focusing on creating client-focused, results-oriented, and collaborative work environments.

Core Responsibilities :

• Perform skilled maintenance, operation, and repair of building systems and related installations.
• Oversee contractor work, develop work plans, respond to emergencies, and estimate materials.
• Perform complex maintenance, rebuild equipment, calibrate gauges, operate control systems, and maintain inventory.
• Ensure work conforms to schedules and standards, stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Install, maintain, and repair fixtures and components, provide installation advice, and manage stock levels.
• Assist in facility maintenance tasks, respond to emergency call-outs, and escort visitors and contractors.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and quality standards, and undertake additional duties as required.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :

• Authorized to work in Canada and able to pass security clearance checks.
• Inter-Provincial Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic Ticket and Gasfitters Ticket.
• Extensive knowledge of facility maintenance materials, methods, and equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC control systems and implementing maintenance schedules.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, customer-focused, and detail-oriented problem solver.
