Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper Alberta seeks a Maintenance Worker to help care for seven hotel properties in the Canadian Rockies, keeping spaces pristine and welcoming for guests. You’ll perform basic repairs in guest rooms and common areas, assist with major projects, and handle yard work including snow removal and lawn care on a variety of shifts.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 diploma, trade education or equivalent experience, strong problem solving, good communication, and a valid Alberta

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Diploma with trade education or equivalent experience.
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Alberta Class 4 driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of seven hotel properties including pools, restaurants, guest rooms and meeting spaces.
• Complete basic repairs to guest rooms and other areas; assist with major repairs.
• Perform yard work including snow removal, gardening, mowing lawns, etc.
• Promote safe work practices and assist other departments as needed.
• Report to Maintenance Manager and complete assigned projects.
