The Opportunity

The Maintenance Technician Level 1 supports building operations, ensuring safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

1. Assist Building Operators in daily activities.
2. Perform general maintenance (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, minor repairs).
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior and interior areas.
4. Monitor tools and equipment condition.
5. Support preventative and unscheduled repairs.
6. Address tenant requests and assist contractors.
7. Participate in environmental assessments, safety programs, and sustainability initiatives.
8. Be physically capable of moving supplies and equipment.
9. Communicate effectively using smartphones and apps.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
