Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a building operator in maintenance/repair.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC, pumps, water treatment.
• Experience operating building automation systems (JCI Metasys).
• Ability to read prints and specs; knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems to ensure safe, clean operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and log readings and tests.
• Respond to emergencies and security-related duties as required.
• Record work orders, monitor ABSA boiler logs, and ensure compliance.
• Assist with snow removal, grounds, and minor repairs as needed.
