Qualifications
Experience with the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Must acquire a Pool Operator Certification Level 1 & 2.
Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificated within the last 12 months.
Experience in building automation systems.
Responsibilities
Regular daily inspection and record keeping of HVAC systems.
Contribute to ongoing Planned Maintenance Program.
Perform monthly scheduled load testing on emergency generator.
Maintain Pool systems with regular inspections.
Ensure effective communication within the branch.
Be part of the on-call rotation for maintenance.
