Job summary

Factor_ in Calgary, AB is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure building and production equipment operate safely and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate building and production equipment, manage maintenance logs, and support upgrades and installations in a fast-paced facility. Excellent teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical fields required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with CMMS or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across production lines.
• Update maintenance logs and CMMS records.
• Assist with upgrades, replacements, and installations.
• Train new hires on machine operation as needed.
