Required Shift:
Night Shift: Monday- Friday 10pm - 6:30am

Job Purpose:
Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of breakdowns across production and utilities.

What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements

• Industrial Electrician license (442A)
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance
• Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems, motors, motor control circuits, power distribution systems up to 600 VAC
• Knowledge of controls and instrumentation (e.g., HMI, RTDs, pressure transmitters, 4-20 MA loops)
• Understanding of industrial plant systems and equipment
• Proficient with industrial mechanics tools, electrician’s tools, instrumentation, controls, and rigging/millwork tools

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.)
• Handling, gripping, bending, stooping
• Ability to work at heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment
• Stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule to support production needs
• English reading/writing comprehension

Preferred Qualifications:

• High-speed packaging experience
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC, VFD, Kinetix drives, servo motors
• SAP/Microsoft Office skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical support for 24/7 operations
• Interpret and maintain electrical schematics
• Design and implement control improvements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineering, and operations
• Perform root cause analysis
• Work on electrical/control projects from design to startup, including PLC/HMI programming, installation, and training
• Provide plant-wide support, including overtime, troubleshooting, and resolving PLC/Servo/HMI issues

• Starting pay: $45/hr based on experience
