Responsibilities:

• Ensure fire safety, health and safety compliance, cleanliness, and adherence to local regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and use PPE correctly
• Maintain green spaces and parking areas as needed
• Follow operational plans, ensure smooth operations, and promote energy efficiency
• Build strong relationships with guests, contractors, and team members

About You:

• Must have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not available)
• Located in or willing to relocate to Perth Metropolitan Area (no relocation allowance)
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
• Committed to excellent customer service and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, painting/decorating)
